Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads---no cold calling, only pre-qualified potential customers.
- Convert conversations into bookings, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve challenges to ensure smooth customer interactions.
- Manage multiple conversations simultaneouslywhile maintaining a high level of customer service.
- This is a full-time job, 40 hours/week. We are looking to fill hours between 12pm and 9pm/12pm, depending on the project EST. You would work an 8-hour shift between these times.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English---advanced or bilingual level required.
- Full-time availability,including evenings and weekends (depending on project needs).
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-sufficient problem solver who takes initiative and delivers solutions effectively.
